OMG Joanna. She could be old? And Admiraling about? Or she could be of a removed generation, named after her grandma, I suppose. But really I think this just brings me back to my other more obvious Trek series which would be AOS, the TV show. Also fun! But not what my heart most desires.

I think it'd be super cool to have a recurring Vulcan character who would serve as the Romulan liason. Vulcan/Romulan relations would have to be a big thing, since I feel like I still don't have a handle on their rift and the fact that Spock Prime was working on a solution for the supernova implies they had a relationship in the original future.

Other feelings I feel about Romulan Protag: probably a girl, and preferably not white. (BTW: non-binary-gendered alien: a must??)
